(2) Surface it: a skeleton_coherence field on the system_blocks_snapshot result, and the sickness line in the north/orientation packet composition. Signal only — NEVER blocks any read or write. (3) RED battery from the incident: root slug m1nd + sk_traykeep_candidate => mismatch naming both slugs; own-root skeleton => ok; empty => silent; root 'My-Repo' + sk_my_repo_candidate => ok (sanitization, no false positive). (4) Update the agent-facing doc describing the snapshot/north surface (grep docs/) so the Agent Docs Gate passes. Commit locally as the repo's configured identity, English, no AI mentions, no push.
