This board imports the current best source images from `~/Downloads` into repo-owned canonical paths so they can be reviewed, iterated, and promoted into final README assets.

These are not yet the final publish-ready README assets.
They are the current best composition winners.
## 1. Hero Candidate

- premium dark substrate
- feels like a central intelligence core instead of a random sci-fi scene
- easy to place headline copy into
**What still needs work**
- the native `m1nd` text inside the image should not be trusted as final
- it needs a README-aware crop/composition pass
- may need stronger structural cues so it reads as product, not just atmosphere

- best current source for the hero
## 2. Before / After Candidate

- strongest expression of the product thesis
- left vs right movement is readable
- the central convergence around `m1nd` is useful
- more elegant than the interim repo-generated map
- some wording should be corrected to canonical README copy
- small incidental micro-text should be cleaned
- final version should likely be hybrid:
- image source from this file
- final typography pass applied manually
- best current source for the README comparison image
## 3. Jobs Surface Candidate
- `R07` jobs surface
- can also support `What Ships Today`

- the 3-stage structure is immediate
- “understand / predict / verify” is close to the right product framing
- useful for a more visual `What Ships Today` section
- bottom explanatory copy is too long and too AI-shaped
- the card language is good, but needs canonical wording
- may be better as a site/wiki image than a README image unless we shorten it further
- strong supporting image, not the first README image to ship
## 4. Orientation Tax Candidate
- `R05` orientation tax
- support image for `Why m1nd`

- visually rich without needing literal left/right comparison
- excellent support visual for the “agents rediscover the same system every turn” argument
- the generated text is not reliable enough to publish as-is
- needs cleanup if promoted into the README
- excellent support asset for phase 2
## 5. Architecture Candidate

- immediately reads as architecture
- dark premium tone matches the rest of the batch
- labeled crate blocks are useful
- duplicate `m1nd-core` label needs correction
- final crate relationships need to be checked against truth
- should be rebuilt or patched into a technically exact final diagram
- best current source for the architecture image
## Recommended promotion order
Promote these into final repo-facing assets in this order:
1. `m1nd-agent-first-map-v2-source.jpeg`
2. `m1nd-key-visual-v2-source.jpeg`
Reason:
- the before/after image explains the product fastest
- the hero image sets category and tone
- the architecture image grounds technical credibility
- the jobs image is high-value but less critical than those three

### Notes
- `m1nd-operability-surface-v2` was regenerated from the jobs idea into a cleaner final image
- `m1nd-architecture-overview-v2` was regenerated from scratch because the imported source had wrong labels
## Final curation decision
This is the currently selected README set after review and one extra iteration pass.

- the `before/after` image was tested with one additional regeneration pass and then reverted to the original imported source because the source composition remained stronger
- the `operability` image was regenerated into a much cleaner three-word version and is now better than the imported source
- the `architecture` image was regenerated because the imported source had incorrect duplicate crate labels
